The spacious surface has room to do all their homework and projects, while a small drawer offers access to their study time essentials. HOW IT IS CONSTRUCTED Crafted from MDF and solid rubber wood. Drawers feature bottom-mounted waxed wooden glides, which ensure smooth motion. Sturdy half-moon safety stops keep drawers securely in place. Kiln-dried wood helps prevent warping, splitting, cracking and developing mildew. The use of veneers results in high quality furniture with flawless surfaces and consistent color tones. Finish is hand applied in multi-step process with child-safe, water-based Simply White paint, providing depth of color, richness and durability to the furniture. GREENGUARD Gold Certified, which means it’s built to contribute to safer, healthier air. DETAILS THAT MATTER Desk features 1 spacious drawer, clean lines and tapered legs. Includes 2 sets of legs; short and tall legs. As your child grows you can replace the short legs and allow your child to fit more comfortably. Drawer pulls are finished in brushed nickel. When desk is adjusted to lowest setting it can accommodate a Pottery Barn Kid's play chair and at highest setting accommodates our desk chairs (chairs are sold separately).
